BACKGROUND ON MAXIMUM DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE –MDI

Maximum Development Institute was established in 1999 to respond to the lack of effective and integrated strategies for the development of Entrepreneurs in the SME category and co-operatives, organizational planning, international trade management and change management. MDI has grown significantly and has now added other divisions namely: Training and Development, Co-operative Development, Management Consulting, Mentorship, Quality Management Systems and International trade/export management.

We are a Black Economic Empowerment company operating in Gauteng Our management and professionals have extensive experience in management and consulting in companies locally targeting SME’s.

We focus on developing and building capacities of South Africa companies (SME’s) to provide high quality products and services. Maximum Development Institute is 100% owned and managed by Black professionals 50% of whom are women in the executive committee.

Over the years MDI has developed a very sound strategic relationship with a number of professional firm and Government agencies to enhance quality of services delivered to our clients. SEDA, GEP, DTI, BSSA, NYDA and Ekurhuleni Local Economic Development are some of our alliance partners.
